Choosing Light Over Darkness
John 3:16
16 “ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Light gives life and it gives warmth in the presence of everything that we do so as children of God we have to desire to walk in light.
When we have the desire to walk in light, we have to walk in truth,
this helps us to say things that are truthful and pleases the father only.
As children of God our father is watching us, he wants us to be transformed to walk in the light; and walking in the light means walking in the principles of God, trusting God and becoming who God wants us to be.
We have to learn how to confront darkness. When darkness is in our lives it makes us feel we cannot make it; But when we rely on God who is the pillar of our life, He makes the darkness in our heart and life see light.
You have to believe in yourself first, tell yourself that you believe and
will make it. It may take some few steps but if you trust in God all your struggles will definitely change for the better.
Hold on to the truth, confront the devil, let him know that never again
will he have access to you because you have surrendered to your maker.
As Jesus has redeemed you do not let that redemption be in vain,
walk in the righteousness of God, learning the word of God every day; and think about His word all the time.
