Jesus, The Saviour of The World

Let us check these excerpts:

Psalm 1:1-2
1Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

1 John 5:10-12
10  He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11  And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12  He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

John 17:0-19

1  These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
2  As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3  And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
4  I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
5  And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
6  I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
7  Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.
8  For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
9  I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.
10  And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.
11  And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
12  While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
13  And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
14  I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
15  I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16  They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
17  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
18  As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
19  And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

This world is crumbling down even as God’s word makes us understand that the enemy comes to kill, to steal and to destroy but Jesus has come to give us life and more abundantly.

How is Jesus The Saviour of The World

Different people have claimed to be the saviour of the world from various religions. However, Jesus’ death and resurrection is a proof of His saving the World

Why is Salvation so Important?

Salvation is the key to heaven; to be saved from Sin and have a relationship with God. To experience this you must confess your sins and ask Jesus to save you.

There is only one saviour, not many saviours

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

History cannot be understood without the biblical revelation of creation, fall and redemption. God created the world all by Himself. All creation sinned and suffered God’s wrath but God had a plan through Jesus Christ.

Because of Sin, man was to die

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

It was important to redeem man by a sinless person, hence only God could redeem us Himself in the form of Jesus.

Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Luke 1:53
He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.

There is no need to live in sin because Christ has paid the price for us.

3 Dimensional peace

  • Peace with God
  • Peace with God’s people
  • Peace within

God Loves You

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

All men have sinned and fallen short of God’s Glory, yet God made the provision of eternal life for you through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ. If you wish to be saved to day, kindly say this prayer:

Prayer of Salvation

Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me even though I am a sinner.
I surrender my life to you as my Lord and saviour.
Thank You for saving me, in Jesus Name. Amen
